What we collect
If you contact us through the site — by sending a request through the contact form, by booking a visit, or by submitting an availability inquiry — we collect the name, phone number, WhatsApp identifier, event type, preferred date, and any free-text notes you choose to share. We do not run third-party analytics, advertising, or social-media trackers on this site.
Why we collect it
We use the information for one purpose: to reply to your inquiry and, if you choose to book, to coordinate your event. We do not sell, rent, or share contact information with third parties.
How long we keep it
Visit and inquiry records are retained for 12 months from the date of contact unless they are converted into a confirmed booking, in which case they are kept for the duration of the event coordination plus the period required for tax and accounting records under Palestinian law.
Cookies
The site stores a single value in your browser's local storage (locale) so it remembers whether you prefer Arabic or English. There are no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies, and no third-party trackers.
Photos of your event
If we host your event and would like to feature any photographs on this site, on Instagram, or on Facebook, we will ask for your written permission first. You can withdraw that permission at any time by contacting us — see below.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to (a) tell you what we have on file about you, (b) correct it if it is wrong, or (c) delete it. We will action requests within 30 days.
